Automatically Track & Deduct Filament for Prints Started Outside SimplyPrint#863

It would be really useful if SimplyPrint could always listen to connected printers for filament usage and automatically deduct the appropriate amount from the assigned spool, even when a print is started directly from another slicer or app.
For example, with a Bambu Lab printer, I may slice a model in Bambu Studio and send it directly to the printer. SimplyPrint can already detect that the printer has started a job, but currently reports that filament usage is unknown because the job was started outside SimplyPrint.
Suggested behavior:

  • SimplyPrint continuously monitors connected printers for active/completed print jobs.
  • If the printer reports which AMS/AMS Lite slot is being used, SimplyPrint matches that slot to the assigned spool.
  • SimplyPrint determines the filament consumed from the printer’s reported usage, or another reliable source when available.
  • The corresponding amount is automatically deducted from the spool inventory.
  • This should work regardless of whether the print was started from SimplyPrint, Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, or another supported method.
This would make SimplyPrint’s filament management much more useful for users who prefer to use their printer manufacturer’s slicer while still wanting SimplyPrint to act as their inventory tracker.
The main goal: SimplyPrint should be able to function as a passive filament-tracking system when desired, rather than requiring every print to be sent through SimplyPrint in order to record filament usage.
