Simple launch path from Orca slicer#833

When setting Simply Print as my printer interface in Orca, I have multiple steps to click through. If sending a print from Orca it should be just a go. If there are multiple versions of the same printer then a printer select makes sense. If there is only one of the printer type in the slicer file, go…..
