Elegoo Canvas 2-way Sync#824

Would like to be able to two way sync filaments to and from the printer. For example, scanning the tag and loading blue pla into extruder 4 automatically changes the same extruder in simply print to match the spool. The reverse would also work. Changing the fourth extruder in simplyprint to blue pla would then change it on the printer.
