Support Multiple Working-Hour Ranges Per Day#778

Working-Hour is a great feature, but it could be even better if each day supported multiple working-hour ranges instead of only one.

For example, users could set 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:00 to exclude lunch break, or use separate ranges for night shifts.

This would make working-hours awareness more flexible and accurate.
