Maintenance system: add per-printer input for "print time prior to tracking"#746

The maintenance system tracks print time per printer, but currently only starts tracking once a printer is added to SimplyPrint; it would be nice to be able to include, and for some integrations hopefully potentially even automatically fetch, total print time on the printer prior to it being added to the platform.
