Adding ELEGOO Neptune 4 Printers#69

Please add Neptune 4/4pro printers
I have 6 of them i want to use simplyprint with these printers.

If these are not in our compatibility list, we should indeed add them! :)
We have a bit of s backlog when it comes to compatible printer models to be added to the official list, as new ones are released all the time, so we rely on our users to set up their printer regardless of it being on the list; if they know it works, select “Generic printer”, which will show a popup allowing you to fill out a printer request with all the details about the printer.

This way, we get a list of requests that become the priority (based on amount of requests), and they’re then worked through.

We also do find some new printers ourselves and add them before anyone suggests them, but less often.

So, if you haven’t already; add these printers anyway and fill out the printer request form - that way we’ll get on it faster, and you’ll get to use them :) when we have added the printer(s), you’ll get an email, and you can then go into the settings of your printer and change the make & model 🙌

Neptune 4, 4 Pro/Max/Plus (and all Neptune 3’s as well) have been added to the compatibility list now :)
