Add quota requests to Pending Approval section of Print queue#687

Instead of quota requests triggering an email (the link which doesn’t seem to go anywhere meaningful), could quota increase requests go under the pending approval section of the Print Queue?

Hmh the link not going anywhere meaningful sounds strange - will check up on that, but I’d call putting it in the print queue even more strange as those two things don’t really have anything directly to do with each other.

I recommend enabling the Teacher Dashboard; here you can see both quota requests and print queue requests in 1 screen and approve or deny both. Does that “solve” this for ya’?
