Pause items in queue & add as paused#682

Add the ability to pause items in the print queue
I can sort of gets this behavior by editing an item and unselecting all printers, but this is kind of janky and it would be good to simply have a pause/resume button for items or groups in the print queue

At the same time can there be an option to the ‘Add to queue’ window that lets me add an item as paused so it does not automatically start

An example use case is a client has requested items but payment has not yet gone through. I can queue everything ahead of time and when it clears it starts printing.

Second use case: there’s a production problem (bad filament, low filament, whatever). I have 27/35 queue items successfully printed, the rest need to wait. I’d rather pause the queue items and keep that counter in place without touching anything. Other items can print around it whilst this sits at the top of the queue. Once the problem has been resolved, unpause and it will be the first thing to start printing again
