It runs even then - if you enable it :)

“Its” is the AI monitoring that you were referencing? :) I’m not sure I understand the suggestion. The AI Failure Detection, when active on a printer, watches any and all prints; even ones started outside of SimplyPrint.

Have you enabled the AI Failure Detection on the printer?
