Ability to mark printer as "Out of Order" via App#598

It is critical to be able to mark a printer as “Out of Order” immediately while physically standing next to it. Currently, if I spot a broken printer, I have to return to a PC to flag it. Adding this to the app prevents other workers from sending prints to a broken machine by mistake during the transit time or forgetting to do so.

not only an upvote but the inverse, maitenancing a large quantity of machines and traveling back and forth from a computer is tiresome, being able to unmark a machine as “out of order” from the app would be a nice bonus as well
