Add "position" field to "Add queue" popup#593

Adding a “Insert at position” field allowing the user to choose whether the new item(s) should go to the top, bottom or somewhere in between (specific position).

Is there a way to turn this feature off? My queue is never large and this is just another thing that useres get confused over.

@Naz Print Queue Manager it’s turned off for the user if they can’t move things around in the queue; then it won’t show. So it’s permission-based. No setting on whether to not show it if they do have permissions though I’m afraid.
