This is the best interface ive used for 3d printing sadly with my bambu printers im limited to only viewing the cameras. Im 100% fine with that but i wish there was a paid tier where its just for monitoring the printers cameras

Hi Rob :)

Glad to hear you’re liking SimplyPrint!

I’m not quite sure what the limitstion of our Free or Basic plan might be in this case, or what you’d be looking for this new pair tier to provide that our existing plans don’t?

Just to be clear, monitoring and viewing the webcam are basic features available on all plans, the Free plan too, and nor do we limit any plan to only view the cameras.

Do let us know what you use-case is here! :)

Hi Albert, thanks for the quick response.

I’m currently running six Bambu printers, and it gets pretty clunky constantly switching between camera feeds or having six instances of Bambu Studio open just to keep an eye on things. I’d happily pay the $30/month if I could properly take advantage of all the farm features, but for mainly monitoring printer cameras and a few sensors, it starts to feel a bit excessive.

No hate at all from my end—the software you’re offering is genuinely worth the cost and more. It’s just unfortunate that, at the moment, Bambu users are fairly limited in what we can integrate and use.

There are other options out there like Home Assistant and Octo-based setups, but I genuinely feel you guys may be missing an opportunity with Bambu users who simply want a clean, centralised way to view and monitor all their printers at once.

Let me know what you think, and whether this is something that could be considered as a future option.

Kind regards,
Rob

Thanks for clarifying! How come you’re limited in what you can integrate and use? All features in our platform are available to Bambu Lab users.

Futhermore if it’s just for the printer slots you could be on the Pro plan, priced at $9.99/mo for 5 printers, with extra printers at $4 per piece, putting you at $13.99 total - so more than half of the mentioned $30! :)

I’m wondering if you have some limitations that we’re unaware of, or if there’s been some miscommunication?
