Multi material system and external spool support#577

Using a multi material system like an AMS removes the ability to add additional spools such as external spools from filament dryers and other locations. This would be especially useful for filaments that don’t play nicely with the AMS like some TPUs.

Although we support them in the same way Bambu Studio does, as a additional spool you can use here.
