Auto Reorder Filament#540

When a threshhold for filament is reached (say two or three spools left), automatically process an order from a specific store (or amazing, microcenter, whatever) to purchase more, so you never run out!

If we can’t auto-order then perhaps we can have an indicator of “low inventory” (I think we may already have that?)
