Minimizing steps when adding files to the Queue#537

When I have to add a file to the print Queue, there’s a lot of clicking needed. First the blue ‘+’ / Plus-button, then ‘Upload a file’, …

Would it be possible to?
(a) When clicking the ‘+’, one immediately goes to a file-window for picking the file, and
(b) Immediately go to a pre-defined folder (user selectable)

You can drag and drop files directly into the queue - might that help? :)

We can’t go to a pre-defined folder I’m afraid; we don’t have that power in the web unfortunately!
