Hub Retaining Layout on Refresh#513

Either setup a default option for Hub layout so in the panel settings you can set the default layout view of the /hub version. OR
just store the setting on device in browser, so on refresh, it persists rather than resetting the layout.

Reason:
most dashboards have auto refresh and I need the wide layout view, and after the auto refresh it resets back to the smaller layout, and I need the wider layout.
