Queue Groups (Similar to how printers can be grouped)#504

We have many users of the system. Also there are different printer groups at different locations that the user could pick them up based on where they are printed (the physical building).

It would be nice to have the ability to make queue groups, like how machines can have groups, so that when a user uploads a print to the queue they are choosing the group where they would like for the print to be producted (in other words, the of printers where the user would go when its complete)
