Currently, the “Your Files” section on the Simply Print web interface is not accessible from the mobile application. This creates a fragmented user experience, as files uploaded or saved on the web are not immediately available for management, queuing, or printing from a mobile device. Users must either re-upload the file or use a separate method to access it, which is inconvenient and inefficient.
Implement a feature that seamlessly synchronizes / accesses the “Your Files” section across all platforms, including the web interface and the mobile application. The mobile app should provide a dedicated section where users can view, access, and manage all files that have been uploaded to their Simply Print account from any device.
Eh, I’m confused: it’s very much in the mobile app, and has been since day one. You can’t see it? Are we talking the SimplyPrint app here?

Yeah, talking about the simply print app.. cant seem to see the same files
Are you 100% sure you’re logged in with the same account? Toy wont be able to see “Starter files”, but everything else you should see in the app as well.

Ive just tested a mobile upload.
Although the files dont show up at all on the mobile device (Android 15), uploaded files are visible via browser
It sounds like you may be logged in to 2 different profiles - that’s one of two possible explanations. The other is a bug preventing it from loading, but usually the entire page would not load then.
