Hide Default Bed Type#427

In the same way we can hide a ‘default’ nozzle, can we have the same for a bed?

Yes, please! I only have two printers and there will only ever be one bed type. Giving Students that “choice” is causing confusion.

@Nazmaker I think maybe what you’re suggesting is a bit different than what @Whiskeyalphapilot mentioned their suggestion. But, we have this setting for you as well! Also live in a week’s time.
