Add cent compatibility to the filament cost field#407

Currently it is only possible to enter whole numbers in the cost of the filament, and to increase the accuracy of the printing cost it would be interesting to be able to enter cents. Some of the filaments I buy cost $9.76, and I currently round it up to $10, but when I close out my expenses the figures don’t add up.
