Ultimaker S3/S5/S7 integration#393

Would love to switch to Simplyprint from 3DprinterOS. Unfortunately Simplyprint is not compatible with Ultimaker S3 and upwards.

Ultimaker 3, S3 , S5 and S7 support is coming :) hopefully this summer.
