IP Camera integration#384

The ability to use an IP Camera instead of the built in camera on the printer (or USB webcam)

We have partially added this for Bambu Lab printers due to high demand for users using SimplyPrint Bambu Lab client 1.0.0-beta.105 or newer. Click edit to add a custom webcam url. http://, https://, mjpeg:// snapshot urls supported, as well as mjpeg-stream:// for MJPEG streams and rtsp:// for RTSP urls. RTSPS is also supported, as well as authenticated version by passing it through the URL.
