Printer View improvement#373

Would it be possible to make the printer UI layout a bit more static? Right now, when I open or close the Controls or Webcam foldout cards, the cards tend to jump between rows, and I often have to look around again to find where everything went. I think it would be a lot nicer if the layout stayed in place and didn’t shift so much when toggling those sections.

Just a thought that might improve usability a bit!

Also, can we please save a default printer view? On my A1s, I never use the Control Panel(which is currently shown by default) but pretty much always want to see the camera view (which is currently hidden by default)
