Show loaded Filament toggle#362

When adding a new file and tagging the filament there sould be a toggle show only loaded filament.
Or a generall settig it
Would be best if both exist.

By toggeling this switch only filament currntly loaded on the machines is shown and not the whole inventory.

This would make it easyer to select a filament when you are not at the machines. Or dont know whats aviable currently.
