add all to print Q#341

It would be great to add “Add all” or “Mark all” button to add all print files from opened folder to print Q.

It would speed up adding multiple files from one folder

@Piotr Dzieweczynski you can select all by marking them (drag with your mouse) and then add all to the queue.

Does that not suffice?
