It would be really nice, to have the possibility to search for custom field values, to organize the files better.
For example, i want to have some printed part in different versions and want to label the gcodes accordingly. Later i want to find all files that belong to a certain version, I created as custom field entry.

Think of it like “tags” but not for matching the printer to the according files, but to search for certain custom field value. for example, I have
Print_file_a.gcode (tagged with “Project 1”)
Print_file_b.gcode (tagged with “Project 1”)
But the files are not in the same location but in different subfolders, and I would like to be able to search and print all gcode files with that custom field entry “Project 1”. This is just a minimal example, perfect would be to be able to filter for all kind of custom field values to filter files regarding to different aspects.
The idea comes from the need to create collections of files that belong together and would be nice to find easily and put them into the print queue all at once with just one action.
