Prusa XL: Tool Mapping and Spool Join Integration#312

One of the great features of the Prusa XL, with more than one head, is that you can do both tool mapping and filament joining. When starting a print on the XL from the USB you get an option to assign tool heads on the machine to sliced extruders. In other words, you can say that what was filament 1 in the PrusaSlicer is actually mapped to extruder 3, etc.
Additionally, you can do a spool join function, which essentially allows you to set a spool (or multiple spools) as a backup spool to the primary spool. This way if the primary spool runs out, it will continue printing with the backup spool(s).

TLDR: it would be great to have these powerful features of the machine integrated within SimplyPrint.
