Add Reset Spool Option#282

I think adding a “reset spool” option to the filament setting dropdown would be helpful and save some time. This would reset the weight of the spool to 100% without having to go into the Edit screen.
This is especially relevant when spool serial numbers are not being tracked and would save some clicks/time.

So, I’m gonna meet you in the middle here: our filament manager is meant to be a “1 spool = 1 unique digital identity”. Re-using a spool is not what our filament manager is for.

But, it’s now much easier to do so if you really want to, in the new filament v2 update. You can “Adjust weight” very easily and more eaisly duplicate a spool too.
