Currently when I cancel a job, auto print waits for the bed to cool down before it heats the bed back up. It should already know that the bed is clear (since I have already told it that) so there’s not much of a reason I can think of that the bed still needs to cool down.
In this case, @Awetzel, have you clicked “Print bed cleared”, and the printer is 100% ready? In that case, if it doesn’t start automatically just because of temperature, that’s indeed rather stupid!
That’s correct. I click cancel and then mark the bed as cleared then I get the hour glass icon and it states that it was waiting for the bed to cool down before starting the next auto print when hovering over the hour glass.
I agree that’s super dumb and pointless 😅 I’d honestly consider this more a bug. I’ll look into it tomorrow 👍
Haha I was thinking it was a bug, but diddn’t want to embarass my self if it was intended.
This has been fixed. Will be out in the next update, which may be in a couple of days. Will update this thread when it’s out 👍
