More Webhooks#229

I’m sure ther are about a billion webhooks that could be creted, I just looking to have hooks related to the creation of filaments, updating a filament spool (new weight for example), and deleting of filaments from SimplyPrint. Anything else you might think would be helpful would be great.

Also having one when a print is uploaded to a queue would be great.
