Preference setting for group Start Print printer selection#215

When I click the Start Print on a Printer group, it’d be nice to have a preference setting to have it NOT auto-select all printers in that printer group. Reason being that most times I don’t want to print to all the printers in that group, and it’s more clicks to deselect all of them.

Sure, I could split things up into more groups, but that causes more clicks when it’s time to clear beds, etc.

I can also see the use case where you’d want it to auto-select all the printers in that group, hence a preference setting.
