Ability to move jobs between queues as admin#195

Abitlity to move jobs between queues. If a student is apart of 2-3 groups and I want them to be able to add to multiple queues assigned to said groups but they add a print to the incorrect queue it would be nice as admin to be able to move their print from queue A to queue C while retaining the data and information assigned to said Job.

Implemented :) Will be live sometime this week (will update this post when it’s live). Thanks for the suggestion!

Update: this planned release grew quite a bit in size, so we need a little more time to test it internally. Will be out before the end of this week though.
