Search bar for random settings#186

Search bar for random things or settings of things at top of screen.
search for printer name, or search a filament or a setting and get a link right to where I wanna go. i type in suggestions a link to the suggestions page comes up. make it easy to find things quick.

We do want to implement some sort of global search in the web. Last week I actually programmed a prototype, while working on a rework of our tables system, for smart searching & filtering. “CMD + K” search and all that.

Will be cool when we get to this! Won’t quite mark it as “planned” yet, but it’s as good as planned!
