Images in Print Queue#170

Append prior to the file column the image of the gcode file that has been queued in the Print queue view. I suggest a button to open an enlarged view by clicking on the item to see the image bigger.

We do want to add support for this at some point.

We’re due for a general rework of how we handle files, and this rework will support file thumbnails for both ongoing prints, print history and print queue. But we’re still some time away from getting to this.
