Filament run out support for Prusa printers#137

Currently octoprint is not aware that Prusa printers have run out of filament, however it may be possible, if the print was paused, to inspect the serial port to discover that the printer has run out of filament.

This is currently supported by octoeverwhere so it must be possible.
